Can I retrieve any un-used funds on my card upon my return?
|
Yes, you can retrieve the balance of any funds left on your card when you return from your travel. To retrieve the remaining balance on the card, simply complete the Cash Passport Encashment Authorisation Form located at www.cashpassport.com and fax it to

(03) 9282 0320. Cash outs will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that Cash Outs of foreign cards will be converted to AUD prior to crediting to the customers bank account. Alternatively, you can access these funds via a local Visa ATM machine**.

What happens to my card if it becomes inactive?
|
A monthly inactivity fee will be charged if the card is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. For information on fees and limits, visit www.cashpassport.com

** The AUD Card is intended for use as a travel money card and not intended for use in Australia. A fee of 2.95% of the value of the transaction will apply when you use an AUD Card to withdraw from an ATM in Australia.
