Terms & Conditions

1. The “Competition” commences on 22 January 2008 at 09:00 am and concludes on 30 April 2008 at 11:59 pm AEST and is open to Australian residents only.

2. The “Promoter” is Community First Credit Union Limited (ABN 80 087 649 938) AFSL 231204, Level 2, 67-73 St Hilliers Rd, Auburn NSW 2144 and is authorised under NSW Permit Number LTPM/07/20225.

3. To enter the Competition Major Prize and Minor Prize parts during the Competition Period entrants should record and submit footage showing them juggling a football (soccer ball).

4. Entry can only be made via the Internet. To enter via the internet an entrant must visit www.communityfirst.com.au/mariners and follow the competition instructions. For each valid entry the entrant must provide video footage and all other information requested by the competition website including first name, surname, nickname, video footage title, and email address.

5. Entry is restricted to Australian residents only. Employees of Community First Credit Union and the Mariners are ineligible to win the Major or Minor Prize draws.

6. The file size of footage must be no larger than 15mb and 40 seconds footage duration. Uploads to www.communityfirst.com.au/mariners will first be viewed by Community First’s online moderator for appropriateness. Footage deemed to be inappropriate by Community First’s online moderator will not be uploaded. Community First Credit Union, in its discretion, may edit footage, nicknames and titles.

7. Footage deemed not to be of sufficient quality or resolution will not be considered eligible. After being approved by Community First’s moderator, accepted footage will be available for viewing on the Website along with the entrant's nickname and footage title.

8. All valid entrants submitting footage will be automatically entered into the Major and Minor Prize draws. Multiple entries are accepted. The best valid entry received from entries to the Competition Major Prize, as determined by the judges, will win: a Gold Family Mariners Membership worth $450; a $500 Gift Voucher from Rebel Sports and one Framed Signed Mariners jersey. Total Major Prize pool is $950.

9. The Competition Major Prize is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry to the Major Prize form part of the Competition and will be judged on a number of criteria including creativity, skillfulness, number of and average votes received, footage quality and resolution.

10. The Major Prize will be judged on 1 May 2008 at Community First Credit Union, Level 2, 67-73 St Hilliers Rd, AUBURN NSW 2144. The “Promoters” decision is final.

11. All valid entries received for both the Competition Major Prize and the Minor Prize will go into a draw for the chance to win one of three Minor Prizes. Each Minor Prize consists of: 1 x $250 Gift Voucher from Rebel Sports and 1 Framed Signed Mariners jersey. The total prize pool is valued at $750.

12. The Minor Prize draw will be held on the last day of the month in February, March and April 2008 or next available business day at 10.00 a.m. at Community First Credit Union, Level 2, 67-73 St Hilliers Rd, AUBURN NSW 2144. The first valid entry randomly drawn at these times will each win a Minor Prize. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with the conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded and a new winner will be determined by drawing a further valid entry.

13. All valid entries will be entered into the Competition. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or corrupted entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

14. All Prize winners will be notified by email. Community First reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Community First.

15. All entries become property of Community First Credit Union. Footage must be the entrant's original work and entrants undertake that their footage is not, and its use by Community First or the Central Coast Mariners will not be, in breach of any other person's intellectual property rights.

16. Community First Credit Union Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize (whether or not arising from any person's negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

17. If a Major Prize or Minor Prize is not claimed by 30 June 2008 that winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be awarded to the next valid entry as per the conditions of each respective Prize draw.

18. All entrants acknowledge and accept that any personal information provided may be used by Community First for marketing purposes and may be disclosed to its other agents to conduct the Competition.
